Approval of minutes of October 20, 2009. It was motioned, seconded and carried that the minutes be approved.

- Expenses: (reimbursement to Robin Marcario) $ 77.68

- Following a discussion on the proposed park to be sited at the Brookhurst Triangle, a motion to support the plan received 4 yes votes. There was a hope that the park area would be more than the 1 acre as proposed by the city.
- Ralph Laudenslayer had proposed a replacement tree planting of four trees on Bixby Avenue by Brookhurst Elementary School. It was motioned, seconded and carried to table discussion until the next meeting when Ralph would be present.
- Treasurer Russ McDonald reported that a maintenance fee of $9.00 was being levied on our bank account and recommended a change to Fullerton Community Bank, which he is familiar with.
- Harry Pearce sent a website traffic report showing 1,784 hits for the month ending October 19, 2009, most of which were out of our area.
