Newsletter for December: There
will be no newsletter in December in observance of the holiday seasons.
December Board Meeting will be blacked out in observance of the holiday season.
GG City Clerk, Ruth Smith, will be retiring. Cost of dinner is $25 per person.
The board took this opportunity to have open discussion on many political issues local and state since there was no further business to discuss.
- Beginning balance 1029.15 plus deposit $220 with one outstanding check $41.
- Total Balance 1208.15
- Since the Treasurer was absent 10-2007 meeting,the following was given to her which was recorded in the 10-17-07 board meeting.
- Two membership renewals received $20 plus $10 donation checks totaling $30. No receipts were given. Newsletter postage and envelopes were previously purchased.
- At October Board Meeting Harry requested that the organization obtain a Debit card. This way he can remove his personally credit card from our website account with GoDaddy.com.
- Janine was waiting on the bank to forward the application to her via mail.
December Board Meeting will be blacked out in observance of the holiday season.
