New Business:

1) Treasurer report:
•    Union Bank balance $1,180.60
•    Robin to print forum flyers and newsletter printing and postage.
         
2) Secretary Business:  
•    September newsletters to be mailed Friday, 19th, after board review and approval.
•    Content for September newsletter: city council candidate forums, General Plan Update, graffiti fines, code enforcement and voter information.
•    Final forum flyer approved, distribute 800 copies. Robin to contact Register and Journal to publish forum information.

3) Website:
•    Harry to add September Newsletter and Main Street appellate update.


4) Cggna City Council Candidate Forum meeting:
•    John, mediator, stated 5 City Council candidates have responded. He will send a reminder notice to the candidates and state the forum rules.
•    Set up at 9:30am chairs, microphone and breakfast at Cheryl’s.
•    Cheryl to purchase continental breakfast supplies for the forum.

Next Board Meeting will be 3rd Tuesday, October 21st – 6:30pm at Cheryl Armstrong’s home 12421 Loraleen Street.
