Old Business:

 

1) Arbor Day-Big success with 15 Hare High School students and faculty participating. Thank you letters sent out to donors/supporters and principal, students, and faculty.

2) Annual meeting discussed in general terms, such as numbers and names of speakers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

New Business:

 

1)  Vice-President of Communication-(M/S/C) Maureen that John Wildsmith be appointed to handle this function under the direction of the Board.

2)  Annual Meeting

·       Vendor list 3’x3” sign (Toby) listing raffle donors; to be posted @ meeting

·       Detail meeting June 9th 6:30pm at Toby’s

·       RSVP from officials-L. Sanchez, Janet Nguyen, Mansoor, Mayor Dalton, Chief Raney, Correa; No declines per Wildsmith.

·       Activity budget to be created at the June meeting.

·       10’x10’ shade structure to be provided by John Wildsmith.

·       Raffle and “50-50” drawing to be key fund raising effort.

·       Large printed posters(Toby and Maureen) to be secured; to be posted throughout Central Garden Grove.

·       Food (M/S/C) not to exceed $500

·       Rentals-chairs and tables

·       Printing-posters and flyers not to exceed $100
