Old/New Business:

1) 2007 General Meeting – Date: July 14, 2007 at Cheryl Armstrong’s home
  • Assemblyman Van Tran and Councilman Rosen have confirmed their attendance   
  • Food will be served as we did in 2006- Cheryl appointed to cost out and purchase
  • Police Representative to give brief 4th of July update - how the new firework ordinance/ fines went
  • Channel 3 ad and flyers will be prepared by Janine – Channel 3 ad and flyer will be drafted and e-mailed to board for approval before the next scheduled meeting 6-19-07.
  • Special meeting will be scheduled at 6-19-07 board meeting to prepare signs and distribute flyers.
  • Special business table will be set up for Members with local businesses to advertise.

2) Web site discussed- New sight is planned to be ready to announce at 7-14-07 General Meeting.

3) Term Limits will be covered at the General Meeting since Harry and Janine are being termed out this year.

4) GGBDA law suit update.

5) Reminder of 5-29-07 special council water rate meeting will be sent via e-mail. 

6) Newsletter topics - were not confirmed- Follow up will be done via email.

7) Secretary Business -receipt for $39 was given for postage costs for the May newsletter.
6 approved reimbursement. 
Cost of stamps have increased to .41 cents effective 5-15-07
Approved – Reimbursement to Harry for copy costs $71
No new members this month

9) Treasurer – no bank statement was available.
Last months statement $948.35
