New Business:
1. Treasurer report: by Russ McDonald, Treasurer:

• Current balance $861.40.
• Checks written: Robin Marcario $25.20 newsletter expenses. Authorized purchase of postage for two months at lower rate.

2. President’s Report:

• Upcoming newsletter to include (City Council approval of artificial turf, zoning for Temple @ Chapman and Nutwood, AARP meeting on April 22, May 19th special election and Cggna Meeting set for Saturday, July 11th A the Armstrong residence on Loraleen Street.
• May Board meeting Tues, May 19th @ the Armstrong’s, 6:30pm, Board members to report progress on securing donations/gifts for raffle @ Annual meeting.

• Harry submitted Site Visitor Report covering 3/22 thru 4/20, reflecting 577 visitors, 439 ‘unique’ visitors and 1480 page ‘hits.’

4. Other business:

• Laudenslayer reported concern by Mary Voit that the city may be interested in purchasing her property against her will. Board members concerned; Laudenslayer to follow up and secure details from home owner.
• Armstrong and McDonald proposed member dues to be increased to $15.00 per year. Discussion followed re: need for increased revenue to support increase in Cggna postage costs and other community support activities. M/S/C that fee of $12.00 be presented to members @ the Annual Meeting.
• Laudenslayer suggest that code enforcement staff be invited to Annual meeting to make a breief presentation and provide information table for Association members.
