Treasurer report:
- Debit card application was lost by the bank. We will resubmit after the upcoming elections when we change banks.
- Treasurer's report was not available
2) Secretary Business:
- Newsletters were mailed and hand delivered by Robin Marcario.
- 600 copies and envelopes $10.62 and stamps total $41.00 – reimbursed to Janine.
- Robin updated Janine with changes to mailing list.
3) Website:
- Old news will be removed and updated news regarding fireworks, Brookhurst Triangle news Garden Grove Pride house on line judging
4) Small lot subdivision info will be obtained by Robin from Carl Hill and further discussed.

6) CCCNA annual member meeting:
- Date was confirmed for July 12, 2008 at 10AM to 12 noon at Cheryl & Tom’s Barn.
- Robin will prepare invitation to city, county and state representatives.
- Council Rosen will be honored at the meeting for his support. He is being termed out this year.
- Police office will attend for Firework update and other info.
- This year we will request food and drink donations from Costco and Stater Bros.
- Time keeper will be necessary to keep all speakers on track.
- Based on last years huge turnout it is recommnended to have another person assist with the check in process and will be mail the renewal forms the month prior to cut down of check in time.
