Absent: Cheryl Armstrong- Treasurer

Old Business:

1) PO Box obtained by Harry Pearce- Paid for 1 year Receipt will be submitted to Cheryl for reimbursement $44 – 4-0 to approve.

2) Preliminary results of survey discussed-will give members until next board meeting to further discuss.

3) By-Laws: 4 year term will be discussed at next board meeting.

4) Mailing list has been updated: updates sent to all board members.

New Business:

1) 2007 General Meeting – Date: July 14, 2007 at Cheryl Armstrong’s home

Initiation to City Counsel
State Representative invite to Van Tran – 2 weeks to respond to invite, if Van Tran cannot attend, Lou Correa will be invited
Districting is being discussed by council. We will have city council person discuss processes before matter can be taken to the voters.
Food will be served as we did in 2006- Cheryl appointed to cost out and purchase
Channel 3 ad and flyers will be prepared by Janine – Present to board April 2007 meeting for review and approval.

2) Web site discussed.

3) New Board Meeting 4/17/07

Treasure Business: Treasure was absent

Secretary Business:

Request for reimbursement for 2 sided surveys – mailed to entire mailing list $63.15: 4-0 approval.
new member-check will be given to Cheryl Armstrong for deposit $10
copy of survey

Treasurer Report: Current balance $948.35

Secretary Report: No new members or renewal fees received this month

Next Board Meeting scheduled for 3/20/06, 6:30pm at Harry Pearce’s home.
