Old/New Business:
  1. Treasurer report:  Was not available - Treasurer was not present
  2. Secretary Business: 
    1. $40 checks were received this period. They will be given to the treasure at the next meeting.
    2. No receipts were given.
  3. There was no December 2007 Newsletter
  4. Debit card:
    1. Paper work was obtained.
    2. Two signatures will be on card. The same two officers which are on the checking account, Cheryl Armstrong and Janine Fowler. Janine will obtain Cheryl’s signature and turn the paperwork to the Bank for final issuance of the debit card. 
  5. Website: old news will be removed and updated news regarding fireworks, GGDBA / Parking lot issue, city website web streaming for channel 3.
  6. Newsletter for Jan- will be circulated for approval 


Next Board Meeting will be 2/19 at Harry Pearce’s home.
